# Pixel Heroes
### The Pixel Heroes
Waking up embodied as a pixel hero can be quite disorienting. Perhaps that is why pixel heroes often have a rough start to their journey. But one learns, one survives. One gets better, develops strategy. One learns to win, to advance.
While some of the elements of a pixel hero—class, basic attributes, Aspect, and base appearance—are locked when the pixelation occurs, changeable items are the tools that come to define a pixel hero.
Learning to use the unique strengths of their class, enhancing various attributes and stats with the right items, and cleverly aligning them to maximize the impact of their Aspect, is a long and rewarding journey.
