# Medullonians
Experimentation in the Cardasian labs revealed methods for evolving lizards into humanoids, and Cardas is the only realm claiming to have methods for undoing the transformation, should a sentient test subject wish to reverse the process. Medullonians wish to be seen as possessing more than just the lizard brain their name refers to and they go to great efforts to develop high levels of literacy and manners. Reflecting their desire to assimilate, they also adopt very human names and they go to great efforts to develop curated tastes as well as a breadth of knowledge on a myriad of subjects including history, language, magic, and mathematics.\
